What is lattice column? What are the key points of lattice column construction?

Lattice column is a kind of section which is designed as biaxial or uniaxial symmetry, and its section is usually steel or steel plate. The steel beam and steel column are connected by strong axis. To avoid the lateral deformation of steel beam during hoisting, strengthening measures shall be taken during hoisting. When the steel beam is in place, it shall be supported immediately. After the roof panel is installed, no welding shall be carried out at any part of the roof truss.

Function: the lattice column is used as the compression and bending member, mostly used for the frame column and independent column of the factory building. The section is generally steel or steel plate, which is designed as biaxial symmetry or uniaxial symmetry section. Members of lattice system are composed of limbs and battens. Limbs mainly bear axial force, while battens mainly resist lateral force (relative to limb axial force).

There are mainly battens and battens for lattice columns.

That is to say, at the enlarged ends of both sides of the foundation pit, the length of the first concrete support and the second and third steel support is longer, which produces bending moment and leads to support deformation. Therefore, lattice columns are set to improve the bending performance of the support components and ensure the stability of the support structure.

Main construction technology and key points of lattice column

1、 Construction process

SR220C rotary drilling rig is used for drilling pile of temporary lattice column foundation. The rotary drilling hole is first turned by the bucket bit with valve at the bottom, and then directly put it into the drill bucket. Then, the drill bucket is lifted out of the hole by the lifting device of the drill and the telescopic drill pipe to unload the soil. Dry or clean water drilling technology can be used for the rock and soil layer with good cohesiveness, without mud protection Wall. For the loose and collapsible stratum, or the distribution of groundwater, the hole wall is unstable, so the static mud drilling technology must be used, and the wall protection mud must be put into the hole to protect the wall.

2、 Key points of lattice column construction

1. Design requirements of lattice column

The section form of lattice column is 550 × 550mm, the type of angle steel is ∠ 160 × 16, and the type of batten plate is 500 × 300 × 12@600 The connection of steel members is full welding. The lattice column is embedded 15m below the base, that is, the length of bored pile is 15m, and the steel column is embedded 3M. The steel column is welded with the main reinforcement of the cast-in-place bored pile and hoisted together. The diameter of the cast-in-place bored pile is 1200mm, and the verticality deviation of the pile body is ≤ 1 / 300 pile length.

2. Technical requirements for lattice column fabrication

① .Lattice column is manufactured by steel structure outside the site. When raw materials enter the site, the quality certification documents shall be reviewed first, and the appearance of the materials shall be inspected and accepted, and the manufacture shall be approved after they are qualified. The finished lattice columns are accepted according to the code for acceptance of construction of steel structures (GB 50205-2001) and the design requirements, and they are allowed to enter the site for installation after passing the acceptance.

②. When butt welding between lattice columns, the joints shall be staggered to ensure that the angle steel joints of the same section shall not exceed 50%, and the staggered position of adjacent angle steel shall not be less than 50cm. The angle steel joint shall be reinforced by short angle steel of the same material at the inner side of the angle steel at the weld position.
