What are the painting steps of workshop steel structure steel frame?

1. After shot blasting, the steel frame must reach the Sa2.5 level of surface derusting treatment, and can be coated with antirust paint only after passing the inspection by the special inspector.
2. The ambient temperature of coating shall comply with the requirements of the coating product manual. If there are no requirements, the ambient temperature shall be between 5 ℃ and 38 ℃. The surface temperature of steel plate must be 3 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature before coating. After painting, it shall be protected from rain within 4 hours.
3. In order to increase the friction coefficient and carry out anti-skid treatment, the parts not to be coated as indicated in the construction drawing shall not be coated. In principle, products after shot peening must be painted on the same day. After the paint is dry, the film thickness should be tested, and the next process can be carried out only after the inspection is qualified.
Second、 After the steel frame antirust paint reaches the standard, it can be coated with finish paint:
1. When the bottom layer thickness meets the design requirements and is fully dry, the surface layer can be constructed
2. The first topcoat coating: prepare according to the required proportion and mix evenly to ensure the consistent color, viscosity and consistency without sagging and brush lines.
3. The second and third finishing coat painting: before painting, the impurities, welding slag and coating on the surface of components shall be removed, and the primer shall be repaired first and then the finishing coat.
4. The painting of topcoat shall be based on the visual standard of no leakage of base course, and shall meet the film thickness detection standard.
Third、 Painting of workshop steel structure steel frame:
1. The secondary coating of steel frame refers to the damage of paint film after transportation and hoisting after the steel frame leaves the factory, which must be repaired on site.
2. The coating surface should be cleaned of oil, ash, soil and other pollution, and wiped clean. After cleaning, roughen the paint film with steel velvet and other tools, and protect the assembly symbol at the same time.
3. If the surface of the component is exposed due to collision during transportation, the primer shall be applied first and then the finish coat shall be applied.
Fourth、 Repair paint for steel frame installation of workshop steel structure:
1. The exposed parts and fasteners of steel frame joint shall be painted with finish paint.
2. The welding and damaged parts during installation shall be coated with antirust paint and finish paint.
3. The painting of topcoat shall be based on the visual standard of no leakage of base course, and shall meet the film thickness detection standard.
