What are the processing quality requirements of steel structure platform?

1. Before the fabrication of steel structure platform, 3D solid modeling should be used for in-depth design and computer pre assembly. After that, cutting and cutting should be carried out. During cutting, the shrinkage allowance of welding seam and machining allowance of cutting, planing and milling should be reserved according to the process requirements. Rust and dirt on the surface of steel cutting area shall be removed before gas cutting, and slag and spatter shall be removed after gas cutting.
2. When drilling the steel structure platform, the accuracy and allowable deviation of the bolt hole shall meet the specification. When the allowable deviation of the bolt hole exceeds the specification, the steel block shall not be used for filling, and the welding rod matching with the base material can be used for repairing welding and then re drilling; Before assembly, the parts shall be inspected and qualified; the assembly of components shall be carried out after assembly and welding correction, and the assembly sequence shall be determined according to the structural form, welding method, welding sequence and other factors.
3. During the welding of steel structure platform, welding procedure qualification shall be conducted for the steel product, welding material, welding method and post weld heat treatment used for the first time, and the welding procedure shall be determined according to the qualification report. During welding, it is not allowed to use the electrode with the coating falling off or the core rusty, the flux with damp and caking, and the welded shell that has been melted. Remove oil and rust from welding wire and stud before use. When welding, the welder should follow the welding procedure. After welding, the welder shall clean the slag on the weld surface and spatter on both sides, and check the appearance quality of the weld. After passing the inspection, the welder's steel seal shall be printed on the weld and parts specified in the process.
4. The steel structure platform shall be derusted before painting, and the painting shall be uniform without obvious wrinkling and sagging, and the adhesion shall be good. After painting, the original number of the component shall be marked on the component, and the weight, center position and positioning mark of large component shall be marked.
5. The structural components of the steel structure platform must be pre assembled in the factory. After the pre assembly and passing the inspection, the upper and lower positioning center line, elevation datum line, intersection center point, etc. shall be marked on the components. At the same time, the component is marked with sequence number to make necessary marks. If necessary, weld temporary support and positioner, so as to install according to the results of pre assembly.
6. The construction and assembly shall be carried out in strict accordance with the drawings, and the allowable deviation of the main control items of the external dimensions of steel members shall meet the specified specifications.
