1. Bearing capacity

5. Fire prevention

6. Anti seepage

In order to achieve the function of anti-seepage, it is necessary to use the sealing washer at the screw opening and then adopt the hidden fixation, use the sealant or welding treatment at the overlap of the plate, preferably use the full-length plate to eliminate the overlap, and use the waterproof treatment with tight abdominal distension at various joints.

7. Sound insulation
The general workshop steel structure is mostly used in the production workshop. In the process of production and construction, it is inevitable that there will be noise. In order to prevent the sound from outside to inside or from inside to outside, the workshop steel structure is designed. The sound insulation material (usually heat insulation cotton) is filled in the metal roof layer, and the sound insulation effect is expressed by the sound intensity difference dB on both sides of the metal roof layer. The sound insulation effect is related to the density and thickness of the sound insulation material. It should be noted that the sound insulation materials have different blocking effects on different frequencies of sound.

8. Heat preservation
Do a good job in summer rain work, on the other hand, we should also do a good job in winter insulation. The thermal insulation function is realized by filling thermal insulation materials (commonly used glass wool and rock wool) under the metal roof panel.
