1、 Bearing: Bear construction load, rain, dust, snow pressure and maintenance load. 2、 Daylighting: the building area of steel structure workshop is generally large. In the daytime, improving indoor lighting through skylights and wall windows can save workshop power. 5、 Seepage prevention: in addition to leakage prevention, the workshop steel structure must also prevent rainwater from seeping into the metal roof panel from the outside. Rainwater mainly enters the metal roof through lap joints or nodes. In order to achieve the function of anti-seepage, it is necessary to use the sealing washer at the screw opening and then adopt the hidden fixation, use the sealant or welding treatment at the overlap of the plate, preferably use the full-length plate to eliminate the overlap, and use the waterproof treatment with tight abdominal distension at various joints.
6、 Sound insulation: the general steel structure workshop is mostly used in the production workshop. In the process of production and construction, it is inevitable that there will be noise. In order to prevent the sound from outside to inside or from inside to outside, the workshop steel structure will fill the metal roof with sound insulation materials.
7、 Heat preservation: do a good job in summer rain work, on the other hand, also do a good job in winter heat preservation work. We must prevent heat transfer on both sides of the metal roof of the workshop steel structure , so that the temperature inside the workshop is the same as that outside the factory. The heat insulation method of workshop steel structure can be filled with heat insulation cotton in the metal roof.
