Installation technology of steel beam and steel column in steel structure workshop

1. Workshop steel structure steel column installation:

Before the hoisting of steel column, it is necessary to determine the position of component hoisting point, determine the binding method, and take protective measures during hoisting. The stacked components shall be placed in different zones according to the type, model and installation sequence. After the steel column is lifted, when the column base is about 30-40cm away from the anchor bolt, it shall be straightened to make the installation hole of the column base align with the bolt, and then the hook shall be slowly lowered into place. After the initial calibration, when the vertical deviation is within 20 mm, tighten the bolts, and the hook can be released after the temporary fixation.

2. Workshop steel structure steel beam hoisting:

The hoisting of steel beam shall be carried out after the completion of steel column recheck (corresponding steel column number, position, verticality, etc.). During the hoisting of steel beam, two-point symmetrical binding shall be adopted, and the hoisting and installation shall be in place. After the steel beam is lifted, it shall be put in place slowly when it is 100 mm away from the column datum. After the steel beam is lifted in place, it shall be butt adjusted and corrected, and then fixed. When the steel beam is hoisted, the theodolite is used to correct the deviation at any time.

3. Wall purlin installation

The purlin section is small and the weight is light, so it can be hoisted with one hook and multiple hoists or in pieces. The purlin calibration is mainly to calibrate the spacing size and its own straightness. The sample bar for spacing inspection moves back and forth along the purlin members. If there is any error, loosen or tighten the bolts for calibration. Straightness shall be checked and corrected with stay wire and steel ruler, and finally fixed with bolts.
